Texas School Leader Network provides a number of services including:

Principal Coaching and Mentoring

Dr. Bonner leads novice campus principals on a yearlong coaching and mentoring program designed around leadership duties and responsibilities and aligned with school district strategic goals and the Texas Principal Standards including:

Ten monthly on site coaching sessions
Ten monthly virtual meetings
24/7 anytime phone/text communication
Principals completing all ten monthly learning modules receive 20 hours of Texas State Board of Educator Certification Continuing Professional Education (CPE) applicable to principal certification requirements.

Interim Human Resources Leadership

Dr. Bonner is available to support District Human Resources Department leadership in an interim capacity. Areas of expertise include:
